Customers rely on our Design Support Services team to provide varying levels of design support, depending on their individual needs. FesslerUSA partners with designers and specialty chains to help turn their concepts into marketable garments.

We provide a broad range of production services to our Private Label customers. Many customers need full-package production, shipped retail ready. Others want Custom prepared-for-dye (PFD) blanks. And some want to purchase In-Stock Apparel basics, either PFD or dyed to their custom colors.

All customers want the latest in fashion, and in many different knit fabrications. Because FesslerUSA knits Fabric in-house, we offer many different stock and custom-developed fabrics.

Use of automated Gerber pattern-making and cutting, and the latest advances in sewing technology enable FesslerUSA to produce a broad range of custom styles, quickly, efficiently and accurately.

For customers wanting retail-ready production, we offer a menu of Value-Added Services, from garment dye to hand pressing to tag n’ bag.
