Some FesslerUSA customers are high-end department stores with a fully-staffed in-house design team. Others are designers with leading-edge ideas, but no design staff to turn their concepts into production-ready garments. Most are somewhere in-between.

All need some level of design support, from prototypes to salesmen samples to production-ready garments.

Design support is the cornerstone of all customer relationships at FesslerUSA. Each customer is assigned a design support team, who works directly with your design team. Our separately staffed group is independent from but closely linked to our production services group.

Your FesslerUSA design support team can build prototypes from spec sheets or drawings, tech packs or existing patterns. They work from pictures or garments you provide, even from an idea that might exist only at your head.

Your team will include:

A Design Support Coordinator coordinates and facilitates all aspects of prototype and sample development.
A Gerber-trained Pattern Maker turns your concepts into production capable sample patterns that include shrink adjustments and grading.

A highly-skilled Garment Engineer is responsible for garment construction engineered to meet your fashion and quality requirements, yet be production friendly.
A team of experienced sample Sewing Technicians, who bring your sample to life.

To continually improve the timing and quality of your samples, FesslerUSA keeps pace with technology by investing in people and equipment, including the latest versions of the Gerber Silhouette design system and the latest Browzwear 3D system. Our pattern makers continually receive advanced training to provide you with uncompromised service.
