Production Info
 FesslerUSA owns and operates five apparel production
facilities in Pennsylvania. All garments made and sold
by FesslerUSA are 100% made-in-the-USA.
Because we are a vertically
integrated producer, we can serve you better and faster. We
knit our own fabric at
our Deer Lake, Pennsylvania knitting facility. All
garments are cut using Gerber computerized automated cutting
equipment and sewn at one of our five Pennsylvania sewing
facilities.
As a vertical producer utilizing Gerber design
and cutting technology, we can offer you lower
minimums and shorter lead times than offshore
competitors and domestic companies that use sub-contractors
for their production. Vertical manufacturing also translates
into better consistency and, in turn, better quality.
Quality
Because we serve the high-end fashion knitwear apparel
market, our customers expect and receive the highest quality
garments delivered consistently from order to order. To
meet their needs, our first quality system was designed with
input from major customers. FesslerUSA is committed
to the concept of continuous quality improvement, which requires
the involvement and commitment of every production employee
and monitoring by a committed staff.
Each part of the
manufacturing process from knitting to finishing is managed
by a team of trained dedicated employees. Each
team member contributes to the quality process by following
written detailed specifications to insure a first quality
product.
The quality team at FesslerUSA monitors and audits every
step of the production process and reports independently
to the President of our company. We will tailor our
auditing and reporting to your unique quality requirements.
